This is Phil. He has over 25 years of experience.
Starting in Toronto with PCL as a
General Labourer he was quickly pro-moted to Labour Foreman. During his college years Phil Gilmore did work co-ops in the field as a Road Inspector for the City and a Site Superintendent in new home construction. Phil graduated in 1995 as a Civil Engineering Technologist from Seneca College. Since then Phil has brought his knowledge and expertise to hundreds of exterior projects and has built a business , much like those projects, on a solid foundation.
This is Veena. She is the "glue" in the day-to-day operations.
When she and Phil first crossed paths, Veena Rao applied for and was hired on as a book keeper and administrative support for Phil's previous construction company. She soon catapulted to the position of office manager. In her role she manages staff and is the liaison between the company and the customer, sometimes wearing all the “hats” from receptionist to scheduler.

In 2011, Phil Gilmore and Veena Rao had a conversation that resulted in the creation of Raymore Exteriors Corporation.
While Phil brings to the table his 25 years of experience in construction and is the “face” of the organization as estimator and production manager; Veena is the “glue” in the day to day operations of the company. Both are loving it!
